If you dont already know....be aware. if your in the market for a new bike i would highly suggest not buying these machines and you be totally aware of their overheating problems. I rode both the kx and rm four strokes last month at Dumont and since both bikes have the exact same engine they both overheated within 20 minutes of riding....and it was only 78 degrees outside that day! Has anyone else seen these problems so i can get some backup!

That sucks! I've been considering getting rid of my YZ250 and getting a new KX250F. I think I want something a little less tiring to ride.

yeah it was alot of fun before it overheated...mega power always on tap...some aftermarket companies are developing parts to help it cool better, i also wanted to get a KX250F, but now i think i'll keep my YZ250F and maybe get the Kawi a couple years down the road after they fix the problems it has with overheating.

:nono what are you smoking ? kx250f s dont overheat in 20 minutes . you could ride them for hours and hours before they even begin to overheat.

lol, check ur fluids, and there is no bike on the market that even a pro rider could over heat. unless ur a moran and ride in first gear the whole time.
