Ninja super bike 49cc not the x1 ( Newbie)

I'm in the process of getting one of these bike not the x1.

Anyone on here with this type of bike??? I just want to hear some feedback on the owl eyes looking bike with go cart tires. I also wanted to know how much i should pay for one and about the street traffic regulations, I live in Connecticut.

curious what is the top speed????? I weigh 120 lbs..

Your going to see a Topspeed of Between 20-25. I work at a Scooter Shop, and Will be able to Hook you up with a Pipe, airfilter Kit,Hp carb Kit, and a Timing Kit If your intersted. I work at a China Scoot shop and we Sell 'em in the box for $399. If You go to look at them, make Shure that You Get one that has Treads on the tires that you would Expect to see on a Riceburner, and that the Fusebox and Charger inlet is right under the Fearing and Seat (its visible) on the right side on the bike, and not on the inside of the bike. hey thanx for the reply yeah im looking at one this weekend at a flee market` hoping to find a price that would beat $470 i got from this guy down the street from me for a brand new one.
