Oil level in the tranny

Theres a 12mm hex bolt with aluminum washer on the tranny where the sproket comes out of the tranny. Do i keep the fluid full??? what type of fluid should I use?????? the bolt i go also has a little hole on top of it for fluid to escape is this normal???

Dont even worry about it......
Its Just 2 Chains inside the box, and its Just coverd in grease.
