Bike studder at high RPM

guys i was playing with the jet screw and forgot where it used to be.

Now my bike studder at high rpm I used to be able to go way past the point where it studder now.

Do i need more fuel rich or lean????? i just empty the tank and mixed new tank and change new spark plug. Please help me

A stutter, or 4 stroking at top RPM is a rich mixture. No power at take off is a lean mixture. Start tuning it closed 1/16th at a time (clockwise) until it just gets smooth at WOT.
