I just recieved my pocket bike today its an X2 need help plz read

Ok first of all, whats the best way to tunbe my carb, how many turns to get the best performance, and also what carb are they using, also if i have a 2 gallon how much ratio oil do i put. get back to me as soon a spossible thanks.

o yea and also, when i try to start it with out pull starting it it will not start, do i have to charge the my bike?
