While riding the bike give it gas off of idle and tune it for the best response. Tune the high speed for peak rpm/speed.

sounds good!! :D
however, my high adjustment needle broke off about the third thread down. any ideas on the best wayto remove it? left handed drill bit or easy out?

I'd try the left handed drill bit. The carb is a delicate piece and I wouldnt want to go hammering in an easy out after drilling. Why did it break off? Did something hit it or it must have gauwled(sp?) up in the threads.

Why did it break off?
good question!!
it broke while i was tuning the carb. came right out clinging to the flathead. screw broke from the thrid thread down...pic.....http://www.adaracing.com/viewitem.php?id=wa-102-3111&maincat=all
anyways how hard will it be to find one for my broken needle?
? dia. aprox 1/8" [seems slightly under]
what would be the ideal size to grab enough but not too much to mess anything up?
? under 7/64" , 3/32" , 5/64 , 1/16"
