new member needs help 47cc pipe hitting

how every one doing well i got a 47cc pocket bike i have a ada air filter and a sikk pipe but the pipe is hitting the filter and its melting it what can i do to stop that

try picking up a 90 degree pipe coupler at Home Depot and use that to angle the filter upwards, I've seen that done quite a lot.
