how do you install the boost bottle?

I'm assuming you mean on the 49cc engine and not the juicebox.
There are other threads on the juicebox.

The boost bottle,
You need to have your manifold drilled and a nipple placed in the hole.
Then you get some small (3/8th) hose and join that to the bottle.
Now the bottle should be no bigger than the engine capicity.

What its sposed to do is hold pressure on the reeeds allowing them to open quicker after the throttle is opened.
