Allllll righty, weve put the Skis up for the year since its too cold to do any riding now. My dad was starting to get bored with our 1100 Tripple, and so now were doing some upgrading on the beast.
We figured we would get the Total Loss system from Msd for it, but after Ive done my Research on it were no longer going to get it because there so darn Unreliable. Im not a beliver in that whole Direct Hits Fad, but I figured it might be worth a Try.
So what do you think????

Well, I have been with Direct Hits for a few years now and have used them in lots of different applications.

At the time I became a Direct Hits dealer I had sold my skis (2 old school hooked up 440's) and was into my first boat (now on my 3rd). I have used Direct Hits on everything from scooters, motorcycles, outboard/inboard, and every auto that I own has Direct Hits ignitions, just no personal expeirence with ski's and DH's.

The only thing that can be finiky with a DH on a scooter (or other small coil engine) is plug gap. On every other ignition system I have used them on I had nothing but stellar results. If you are only expecting a better fuel burn and smoother powercurve these are fine. Sometimes when folks get DH they expect miracles out of an ignition. They work well and do make improvements in engine performance.

Once you see it work, there's no way you'd want anything else.
