I have a chinese Pocket bike. I believe its a 49cc. I was riding and noticed the fuel overflow pouring fuel out. I then shut fuel off and checked to see if the float was floating. It was floating fine. I then cleaned the needle to make sure no trash was on it.
I then put it back together and turned the fuel on and it seemed ok. I went back riding for for a few and noticed it was back pouring out again. I cant seem to figure out how to get it to stop.
If anyone could help me figure the problem out, I would appreciate it very much.

I heard the chinese have a guy who's job it is to sprinkle little bits of plastic in each tank, If he works hard enough they're going to upgrade him to the guy who welds the exhaust pipes together.

i just fixed this problem, he's right you need the inline fuel filter, you could also most probably open up your carby and clean it out, fiddly but worth it, you'll get rid of not only your leaky fuel, but also a bogging down problem you might be feeling in the ride.....cheers
