We now have a limited supply of billet cylinder kits for the Yamaha 701/760. These are sold as 'engine builder kits'. The aluminum cylinder must be bored to size for the sleeves to be installed. The sleeves must then be bored and honed to fit you piston size. The cylinders must also be finish hand ported once the sleeves are installed.

The cylinder height is setup for a +4.5 or +5mm stroker. You can use a longer stroke by custom machining domes. This cylinder will not work with a stock stroke crankshaft.

We offer 2 different sleeve styles with these kits. One is for a Yamaha 760 piston from 84-86mm. The other is for a 'flat top' piston, there is an additional bridge in the rear transfer ports of the sleeve, from 81-84mm. The cylinders are the same height the only difference is the bridge in the sleeve.

Any of our domes from our standard Yamaha 760 series, Yamaha flat top series, or Kawasaki 1100 series will fit. Domes are not included with kit.

The kit includes:
Billet Cylinder
Billet Cylinder Head
Sleeves
Head Bolts
Orings
Brass Water Fittings

You can check out the standard Yamaha 760 version here (http://www.adaracing.com/viewitem.php?id=yac760&maincat=all) and the 'flat top' version here (http://www.adaracing.com/viewitem.php?id=yac760k&maincat=all).
