do the procedure that i told you. it shouldn't be that hard.
try this:
hold the throttle fully open and pull the cord normally about 15 times
if the choke isn't already in the off position then put it there. (you should always start your bike in the off position and when it starts let it run for about 2 minutes)
maybe you need to ajust your idle screw i don't know but good luck. if all else fails take it to a professional.

if the spark plug is fouling out don't use as much oil. keep it as clean as you can.
and the twice on twice off with the choke is guarenteed to work you just have to do it like 50 times.
try this,
remove the spark plug and start it as usual. the bike will not start but it will clean the engine.
do you prime the engine before you start it?

oh one more thing when it does start and it dies out is the choke on or off? it should be in the on position.

if i try it with the choke on then it starts for like 3 seconds then it dies out when i start it agian it does the same thing over and over agian same thing happens with the choke off

it's usually on the carb. just take it to a professional it's easier than stressing and worrying.
