where is the idle screw and jet?

i was told that tath if my spark plug smells like gas and it keeps foulling i should adjust my i dle screw is this tue if so then how do u adjust (i think its no the idle screw its prolly the mixture /ratio screw

it's usually right by or on the carbuerator but to get more fuel into the motor you turn it to the right.
