i recently bought a walbro carb from www.jetmoto.biz for my x2 ninja pocket bike and after i installed it the next moring there was no petrol in the petty tank and the carb was covered in petrol inside and out side. There is no cracks in the fuel lines.also this carb doesnt have a priming bubble only a inbuilt fuel pump.i then discovered that the little idling hole had to match up with the one on the manifold so i made a hole in the gasket and put it all back together, but it still leaks fuel and runs lean.i have tightened the bolts on the carb. This problem has set me back as i cant really even tune it bcause it runs soo lean.
Could someone please give me some answers on how i could fix this and how i could tune it?
thanks from adam

check if u tighten everything the gaskets.etc one simple screw bolt can lead u into a world of trouble also take out the spark plug and leave it like that for 1 or 2 days and u should be fine also start the bike with out a spark plug to clean all acces dirts and also make sure ur fuel line is connected good and make sure there are no holes rips etc.

recomendation for carb tuning
screw the mixture screw in al the way.back it out 4 COMPLETE turns fire the bike up and hit the throotle at the same time turn the screw in clockwise until u hear the engine starting to smooth out and pick up just a lil now ride it and see how ait goes and make any adjustments needded oh yeah make sure the plug is gapped to the manufactures recomendation but i find this a lil to big so i gapped mine .004 to .005 and u should be set!
good luck

I have one of those Jetmoto carbs also and i can't get the thing tuned to run right to save my azz.How does your bike run with the Jetmoto carb?I went back to my stock carb after lots of frustration and a second carb that Dmitry sent me that acted the same way.
