engine wont start need help ASAP (NEWBIE)

wasup fellas...i just bought a new super pocket bike which has 4-stroke no mixture just gas directly (2005 model). i was wondering how to start it up... the instruction manual is not that specific. i did everything like pull up the choke rod, put the key on the ON position, hold the start button (orange button) and the brake handle bar together. there is a full tank of gas and there is enough engine oil. and ideas i would appreciate it THANKS respond ASAP

I sell pocket bikes and the first thing you have to do is take out the crappy chinese spark plug out and put in NGK. Most of the time when these bikes don't start the plug is the problem.
