got pulled over on 1/16/06 in most states, if your 16 and have a valid drivers license, you can legally ride any motor vehicle 50cc and under on side streets and private roads, such as your neighborhood, and the mean neighbors cant do s*@t about it, of course my gay neighbors called on me.

St. Louis Mo Im Pretty Sure Its In Most States, Me And This Dude Who Rides For Stl Stunt Riders Was Talking About It, He Was Riding His 50, And He Says When He Gets Pulled Over, He Tells Them To Check The Law, And He Gets Away, Im Only 15, And Almost Got Fined 200 And Would Have Had My Pocket Bikes Towed. You Can Check On The Internet Go To The Dmv Of The State You Live In.
