I have a paverunner with a 40cc tanaka on it, and I currently have a knockoff bladez power pipe. The whole thing is loose and doesnt work well, as well as rub under the gas tank, which is melting some of the plastic there away which can't be good.
So I was wondering which brand and kind of exhaust I can get for the best quality and performance.
Also, could a x-can or somthing along those lines be good? Thankx.

I heard the Xcans are really good, but if you want all the speed you can get...get one of those fat pipes from ADA. Stalker Exahaust has a silencer in it, but doesnt provide as much hp gain as the big pipes. I personally am going to buy a Stalker Exhaust because it is small and light weight, and it has a light sound compared to FAT pipes.

With ADA no longer offering the Bladez pipe, clearly the next best one is the Tanaka pipe (i.e. DESIGNED for the 40)

You could also use a strip of aluminum foil and wrap the outlet nipple of your header, just make sure you don't let the foil wrap around the top and impede the flow of exhaust gasses. This can act as a buffer to the over-stretch of the weak steel used on the cheaper pipes. Another thing you can do is put a stainless steel hose clamp on the connection, this restricts the pipe from expanding and reforming caused by high temperatures with the vibration of the motor and riding conditions.

Thanks neezer, I'll keep that in mind, also if the pipe i have is similarly shaped to the one of tanaka power pipe, will I get much more power from the real thing?
Also, would somthing like a stalker / xcan give me the same amount of power?

Fat pipes give more hp but they are extreamly loud which cause cops to follow you. ADA stalker exhaust can is very NOT loud which doesnt give as much as attention. My ada stalker exhaust is coming tommarow cant wait for it! Oh and the xcan i heard is loud but i think it does give alot of hp as well too. Idk its up to you!
