hate to break it to you, but i highly doubt your bike will run if you put that carb on. i bought a performance carb for mine and never got it running right since, i had to put it all back to stock and it still runs like crap, worse then it did when i bought it. :(

ohh i see, umm, your probably going to have to fiddle with the fuel and air screws, i would think more air would do it but im not sure. it ould also help with a cone filter if you dont already have one. i never got mine to work.

what all have you done to the bike? what are your ententions for the bike, stunting, racing or....? if you are planning on racing or stunting, it is best to take out the whole electrical system. i did it to mine, i have no lights, horn, or electric start.....and i love it. it is way better.

well when i bought this bike i didnt really get a good chance to ride it, but now two years later i dont care what poeple say in my nieghbor hood, so far i have gotten a carb kit, with booster and air filter, and also a skinny performance pipe. Im really just startin to master tricks down now becasue i acually have exeleration now. But im prolly gonna just do stunts with it. did you even take out the battery n all on urs and what do you have?

well, lets see, i have a real x1, alot of people think the cateye is an x1, but anyway, i took out the battery, all unnescesary wiring, headlights, electric start all front fairings, the only think really left is the seat section, gas tank and cover, motor frame and wheels and breaks, id like to get some pics but i dont have a camera. i eliminated about 30 to 40 pounds, the bike weighs like 20lbs now, soo easy to do wheelies.

i can do stoppies, wheelies, nak nak wheelies sometimes, and i've been working real hard on trying a high chair, but the bike doesnt have enough power so its almost impossible :D

the best thing to do for wheelies is lower your rear tire pressure to give you more balance.

best mod?? i'd say go 4 a new performance pipe, i dont have one but it is the best way to mod, espesially for low end torque for doing wheelies and stuff, i'd like to get a nice pipe, but im still deciding if i am going to sell it or not.

ya i bought a pipe last week and it went on back order it should be here tomarro but idk its a skinny performance pipe. the poeple i bought from said it should give it 10mph but idk. there also a fatty pipe that ive been hearin bout but i didt have enough money. but if i ever bout another pipe i wood bye a stalker pipe i guess its a silencer, and that also gives it like 4 mph.
