I changed my belts on my bladez moby 33 and now the clutch is locked up and sometimes its makes weird rattling noices and makes my scooter slow as $%@# what should i do?

Would someone tell me whats going one I want to ride my bladez?!?!?!?!?!

Hey thats a bad problem if you can take it to a scooter shop but it could just need some lube or change the clutch get a picture and i mostly can tell you if you installed it wrong or somthing is broke good luck
