I want my X18 to accelerate faster, sure it has a great top speed yet it can take some time to get to it. I want a couple of mods to add onto the bike that can either increase my acceleration, or my top speed. i was reading something on an old thread about "boost bottles" I ebay'ed it and it sorta looks like a NOS bottle for a pocketbike.

no mods really, i think you can get bigger and smaller sprockets for them

a boost bottle isnt nitrous, it is a bottle that recycles atomized fuels and shoots them back into the intake, atomized fuels burn better, resulting in a slight increase of speed. if i were you i wouldnt get one right yet for your bike.

Why shouldn't i get a boost bottle? It seems like a good thing that makes the engine last longer, saves gas, and makes it faster. even if i choose to do so, will dual boost bottles be better than 1?

they onloy reason i say not to is the descrepency of them, many people say they do work well, but also, many others say it messed up their motor, or now that they have boost bottles their bike wont start

to increase your acceleration get a new sprocket size or change the cluch springs

what would replacing the clutch do? wouldn't be just like the stock clutch?

i dont think you can put a performance clutch on an x18 just go ahead and give the boost bottle a try
