ok i have a problem with my geo sport. when i start it i haveto keep the throttle on pretty high otherwise it will die, also i haveto start it with full choke and then take it completly off...any suggestions on what to do?

well..when you start it with full choke, that means that the place your at is really cold and it won't start with that cold air going in. and when you have to start with the throttle down, it means that your hp carb adjustment on idle is too low and you need to take some of it out. if you start it in the morning like on the first pull without gassing it, it'll stay but when you accel, it's gone...hope this helps...

hmm....well, i have a friend with a geo x ped with a spindle and she has to do that gas when you turn on thing....i don't know how to fix that but just let it go. i think there should be some kind of tunning thingy for a geo's stock hp carb...try and find it...

my friend said this not me. i don't know because i have a geo hp carb but her dad said something about there are like red things or something that you can tinker with that'll act like a hp carb and you can tune it. i doubt it but you can look for it on the hp carb. it adjusses the idle...just try to ride on warm days...i use to have to close the choke all the away and sometimes turn it on gassing it. my friend's bigboy is like that
