can i run a bbkorc with only 1 piston clip???
is there anything bad about it?

If by piston clip, you mean the clips that hold the piston pin in, then no! You have to have both clips in, otherwise the piston pin can move out and catch on the cylinder wall, destroying everthing in its path!
