ultra 150 ADA 42cc domes - oil out plugs

I have a 2001 Ultra 150. I just installed the ADA head today and I'm getting oil leaking around the plugs. I tried new plugs. any ideas?

the only oil can come from around the plugs is it the poug washer is not sealing properly. that is either becaus the plugs are not tight enouge, or they have been in and out to many times and the sealing washer on the sparkplug is over compressed.
