why is this race going to be so late :nono there arent going to be alot of people due to the fact that there is school and in october everyone goes out and does something stupid (i.e egging, paintballing people, etc. ) so if you are going to have a ride i suggest that you have it before september 10, because thats when school starts :mad: here in long island. ALSO IF I POST THIS EVEN UP IN GOPEDNATION TONS :rolleyes: !!!!!!!!!.......OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SHOW UP.....so whats your choice????? :D

Too bad that the USSRL backed out on us this year.

I spend several thousand dollars preparing for a Long Island ride. It dissappeared from the schedule without comment. I had written the USSRL for details back in May, and I didn't get a response. I did, however, see Long Island Races (two of them) first change dates and then dissappear from the Schedule.

I felt really embarassed to Trevor Simpson as well as sponsors who helped me get ready :( .

Maybe next year we will be more lucky.

I guarantee that GoPedding is getting bigger in New York and that there will be enough interest to make it worthwhile for the USSRL. Please don't forget us here in the Northeast!!

so there pretty much isnt going to be a ride this year.....im just going to sell my goped on ebay its not worth waiting every year just to ride it once and thats if we are lucky....also since there illegal in new york we cnt even ride them in the streets or even parking lots!!!!.....this sucks

Why don't you just ride with us sometime? I know you almost made it to one of our other rides, but you probably had transportation issues.
