Fender Bracket kits, as you guys seen I made up a jog to help production on these.

The tube bracket is locked in and figured out. But the penis sculptures as they are commonly known, I'd like to do something different. This is the most discreet and functionable way I have found to support the tank and fender.

The original Slick fender brackets were merely a scrap piece of tube and thin flat steel for the tube bracket. I use DOM .625" I.D. x .875" O.D. tubing to match the fender tube itself for a clean appearance. Coupled with .125" flat stock, solid attachment.

Open to ideas though, for a bracket that does not look like **** and balls.

The next batch of slick fender brackets will be 100% stainless.

Do you have any pictures of the penis mounted to a fender, and or the fender then mounted on a scooter? It is kind of hard to visualize.

Not using chain links anymore? This is a simple design and looks functional to boot.

Ironic, the thought of nuts danced through my head in terms of size. I was going to go with smaller nuts. This helps mini.ize the surface area of a flat washer smashing the poo out of the carbon. And there in lies the problem with bigger nuts, the monsters would just crush the carbon.

That's why I settled on M6 nuts, a happy medium of strength and low surface area.

Really, anyone using these brackets should put double sided tape on all metal surfaces that mate with the carbon. Not that cheap dollar store scrap, but some 3M.

I only made a few, and I plan to keep it that way.
