    Yamaha Billet Cylinders Re-released

Our Yamaha twin billet cyinder that was very popular back in the mid-90's is soon to be re-released. There will be a limited number available, as we are not going back into production but we are finishing ones that have already been machined.

These will most likely be sold in 'kit' form, which will include the cylinder, head, domes, sleeves(not installed), and orings. These will required the sleeves to be installed(boring required), finish bore & hone, and finish hand porting.

The height on these cylinders is setup for a +4.5 or 5mm stroker crankshaft. A +4.5mm stroker will require domes with no relief cut in them. A +5mm crank will required domes with a .015-.020" squish. These will include the big bore sleeves, accomodating up to a 86mm bore.

Retail price on the complete kit will be $900. These originally sold for $1995. At $900 for everything, that is like getting the head for $250(our current head price) and the cylinder for $650! Plus, ADA Racing sponsored racers can still get their discount on this!

Call 480-507-6919 to pre-order. It will take approximately 2 weeks. Specify dome size when ordering.

    Notes:
    1) This is sold as a kit only, as you must use the head that comes with the cylinder.
    2) ADA Racing does not offer sleeve installation, finish boring & honing, or porting services.
    3) This should be done by an experienced engine builder only, as it is not a bolt-on and go kit.

Here's the only pic I have for now:

That 's correct we are all out of those. But, we have a new billet cylinder that allows up to a 92mm bore size that will be out soon!
