Not real sure if the board here is the correct one, but I am looking at a #219 / 91 tooth sprocket hooking to #25 / 7 tooth driver gear.
The pitches are 7.774mm / 6.35mm [about 1.4 mm diff (0.7mm to each side of tooth)]
respectively.

My question: could a #219 chain be compatible with the #25/7t gear? The under-load RPMs of the said driver gear will range from 6800-9300. And as well, if it would be compatible enuf for function, would the gear wear down sooner? What about slightly grinding down the gear to a fitment closer to #219 spec?
