Sorry, but it looks like any half fairing chinese bike. They aren't even real photos, they're just computer art. I wouldn't buy without actual model pictures cause you could find this on your front step:

I cant find anywhere on the site that it says it Italian made
I sent them an email asking them to email me back an ACTUAL picture, not that computerized crap.
Also, the people selling cags on eBay are always saying that there 4.2 hp and 49cc when theyre lucky to be 2.5 and 39cc, I'm calling it a cag until they send me at least a picture proving otherwise. Seems shady to me.

            yea

yeA i did the same thing i emailed them for an actual picture...if you ever get 1 you can email it to me at [email protected]

also under FAQ...it says were there made

            Where are the eV1Racer's made?
Parts are made in italy and shipped into the United States. They are assembled in our factory in Chicago. eV1Racers are assembled and boxed only after customers has ordered. So eV1Racers are made only after a customer place the order, this is because we have many customers who order eVelocita Turbo Carburetor, eVelocita Turbo Exhaust and eVelocita Turbo Intake Kit and the request us to install it for them. Furthermore, everything is fully inspected and tested to work before it is sent out.

that was straaight from the site

that ebay saying there 2.5 this is a real dealer site

but yes it does all seem alittle shady untill i can contact them

            post your thoughts....thanks

              chinese bikes

i have a cheap made in china pocket bike and there not slow, a "proper" minimoto is supposed to be 39cc polini/mollossi/DM or blata there ment for racing,NONE have suspension some are water cooled all 39cc but they range in classes from 3.6bhp then 4.2 or if your mad you can race unlimited up to about 14 bhp and no i havent made a typo the race bikes are 14bhp odd and do around 75mph yes 75mph and before you say yeah i bet thats with a small rider the british champion is 6ft 2in tall, now back to the china bike depending on which province has made it most( not all) are 47cc they make about 40 different model some full faired some half they make choppers and tiny motocross types some have CVT most dont the 49cc are crap and slow alot are sold as 49cc but are really 43cc, the 47cc are the fastest at 3.6bhp and do 35mph straight out of the box once run in they do around 40mph,ive attached some pics i bought a black one like in the pic but it anit black no more i`l post pics of it when its finished
go to www.made-in-china.com and have a look at all the models they do

Hey your not telling me anything new

1/2 fairing Cag, True 49cc big bore head and piston (ip2), Modified Tuned exhaust (ip2), ADA manifold, v-stack, filter, Walbro 668 carb, CF reeds (nwmm), Custom carbon fiber parts including chainguard, triple tree cover, speedo bracket, side covers, Schwinn speedo, Harris grips, LP billet bar ends, Custom pegs, Flat black frame

and sitting on my desk is the ip2 +3 full circle stroker crank waiting to get installed.

For what eVelocita wants for the 2006 model, you could pretty much put my ride together

                    cool

how much longer is the crank throw on the stroker 3mm?
have you extended the exhaust duration?, standard is 140 degrees,
Walbro 668 carb? you mean a diaphram carb instead of the float type?

                      3: yes

                        DON"T BUY THE EVELOCITA BIKE....

It's a rip-off scam......Don't burn me for this, but I bought one thinking I could return it if I did not want it.

I checked it out compared it to my buddies China Cags, same damn thing....What's worse it comes in a box that says in Large letters "Made in Italy", lmao. (I'll post pics when I get my digi camera back from my girlfriend.)
                        BS FROM THE COMPANY
-Ok, well didn't the web-site say parts were imported from Italy and manufactured in the US. HMMMM, why does the tires say "Made in China" and the handlbar grips "Made in China."

-Check the frame welds OMFG, my little sister could have welded it better.<--signs of a true China CAG.

-Well as for the nice paint jobs and lettering on the bikes, with the decked out chromeparts, RIGHT, it's white crap stickers and craply made parts.

-There's also a large color pallette in which you can choose what color you want your bike, but when you order the bike, UUMMM, why can you only choose from (5) colors

Well I don't want the bike no more...........

Hmmm, email--->no response, e-mail2 ---> no response, well you get the picture........they do not respond to "return the bike" messages, but when you want to buy the bike they respond hella quick.

Anyways, screw it I figure I ain't getting my money back, (I gave up trying to get my money back after the 1000th e-mail) maybe the motor'z quick 4.2hp claim.......K, do the break-ins 25:1 couple tanks, then I do norm 50:1. Me and a buddy with a pretty stock bike/cept with air filter, go to the starting line. Off we go, ok we're neck and neck, we hit the mid-range neck and neck, ummm what happened to the 4.2 horsez...........CONVINCED I've been scammed....

JUST DON'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO FELLOW PB'ERZ......CHECK THE SITE OUT:

Give them a nasty e-mail for, nah only j/k

Sorry for the long e-mail, don't want any1 to waste their money.....Post pics when I get digi back..........

ah hell, no big deal, we are all curious about things. Atleast we are not cats, and our curiousity usually only kills our wallets...

eVelocita - great mechanics.. good bikes.

I just wanted to report my experence from evelocita.

From my view they are a great company. I think everyone is entitled to their opinion and I dont agree with mischief that evelocita is a scam. Evelocita has gone out of their way to help me out with my bikes.

I bought 3 pocket bikes from evelocita for my kids and a few things was cracked on shipping. Not only did they helped me with all of the broken parts that DHL broke during shipping but they continue to help me. It has been 3 weeks now since I have my evelocita pocket bikes and I still call them today for support. I talk to their mechanics directly and am able to get help on all of my bikes. Their site says that they always have mechanics on call 8 hours a day and it is true. Although sometimes they are not there to answer phone, I always get a call back.

I did purchase chinese made bikes before and I ran into a lot of problems. The company that i bought the chinese made bikes from told me that I was on my own. I had to find parts myself and fix the bike myself.

So I am glad that I got the evelocita bikes. They have more then help me with all of my problems.

                              email response

In response to the above post, they do respond to their emails. Worse case just call the support line, they can give you a priority number where you can talk directly with a mechanic or the priority cusotmer service number.

Also my friend bought 2 bikes from them and he didnt want one of them. So he sent one of them back and he did get his money back. So you just need to call them. You will get your money back if you dont like the bike. They seem to be very nice people. Plus worse case you can always report it to 2checkout. They are the merchant processor. But I dont think evelocita would like it if they get high complaints from 2checkout.. I think if they get too many complaints... 2checkout will stop accepting their credit card..

I do believe that you should call them and request that you get your money back if you dont like the bike. Or just contact 2checkout.
