  • Esr 750 what to do

I just sold my gsr and got my hands on a never ridden esr750 from 2012. The batteries were completely drained so I put some cheap 20$ batteries to see if it runs. It's good but not as fast as I'd like it to be. I loved the gsr but it was too loud on the neighborhood. What can I do to get some speed back in this thing. It's a beast of a scooter with no balls. It's like having a monster truck with a 4 banger. Please help. I'm thinking about getting the torkinator but it's all very confusing as far as what setup to use.

What is your gearing? Silver case motor or black case motor?

It's the silver motor. Completely stock. I don't know the front but the back is 80
