  • This rear bracket on my cruiser frame?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 460 install on my GSRcruiser (gpl290) frame. Noticed my frame is different from my friends frame..

Was this bracket meant for the mad dog rear brake setup? Also will it effect my 460 swap??

Yes, that is the rear brake tab. These are found on Uni and 40 frames. Your friend might have the R frame (original gsr25/26/29 frame) which won't allow a rear brake setup.

Will it affect my 460 swap at all? Make it harder or easier?

Trying to get ahold of toymaker for a adapter but hasn't gotten on today other than once..
What others parts do I need besides:

      78mm motor mount from ada
      Bell from ada
      And adapter from toymaker?

Toy maker adapter is for the 40 frame only. If you have a uni or r frame you will be good with the other 2 parts.
If you have a 40 frame, you will need toy makers adapter and clutch housing, and ADA bell. Since this is for a 460, I would suggest toymakers clutch carrier also, since stock 460 clutches are garbage.

So all I need is the ada mount and bell housing?
Just so I KNOW I'm looking at the right ones can you copy and paste the link an need?
I wasn't reading up on the clutch carrier I will be buying one from him as soon as he responds!!

What frame do I have? How can I tell?

If there is a platform for your engine so sit on, you have a 40 frame. If you have a u shaped piece of metal that has a couple of bolt holes going through it, you have a uni or r frame.

Google gsr40 frame, and goped universal frame. Look in the images tab. That should help you figure out what frame you have.

Why is the HD drum soooo much more than the 20 one? Just has vents and 2"mm thickness but I won't be cheap on this build. I

Because the 20$ bell is a stamped pos from china. The ADA bell was designed and machined by a couple of badasses in Phoenix, az USA.
