  • Zenoah g320 problem

I got a brand new g320 for my Bigfoot, ran about a full tank on it did not ride it hard, went to start it up it started up I pulled away and the idle got lower and lower until it died and won't really start again. It will turn over here and there for a second and die again. When pulling it to try and start it it will back fire and a flame will shoot out of the jetpro pipe, almost as if it's building pressure and it all gets released. It was running great before I changed the throttle linkage. Any suggestions on the problem I have never seen this happen it's a brand new engine on a brand new ped. Thanks

Fouled plug, my 60 does the same thing.
    It's the easiest cheapest fix.

If that does not work, report back.

P.S. Other option may be timing, but I doubt it.

Prob needs to be tuned. Which if plug is fouled would support this theory

The only thing I diddnt try is the spark plug I checked the carb top end piston and it ended up being the spark plug lol. Now I'm having a little trouble with the 54mm Ada clutch. It's making like a crack sound and before it was really smooth now it's kinda feels bumpy almost? I'm running it on a Bigfoot with the clutch and third bearing posi lock and lockout. Any idea what the sound is and why it feels rough now? Thanks for the help so far should of checked the spark first thing.

They shouldn't be they were already installed from the factory on the motor. What else could it be?

Have you inspected the clutch/area? Perhaps something got damaged or coming loose.

I haven't opened it up yet. It was working fine and it sat for a few days and now it's not smooth and makes noise. Which I don't understand it's brand new and was working fine until it saw for a few days. Now sure if it's the third bearing or the clutch I also lost acceleration like the lock out came loose but I never touched it?
