This one has custom mounts.Last edited by dsport; 10-26-2020, 12:46 AM.Comment

What’s up guys!! It’s finally here. After years of running and modifying other Zenoah g62 adapter kits designs, I decided to come up with something new. Hopefully I can extend the opportunity for a few of you to own one as well.
To start off, quick disclaimer- TS, Tetras, skopods are all awesome pieces of hardware. If you own any of these solutions- right on. The topics in this post are my observations, I respect and honor everyone’s opinions, and this certainly IS NOT a who made the best 60 kit post. We can start a new thread for that. But I think we can all agree, once you join the 60 club, there’s no going back
Sooo here we go. There is one thing that has always bothered me regarding the above g62 adapter kits which utilize the factory case. They all require the g62pu to operate in a way which was unintended by zenoah- backward. Operating in reverse causes the case/cylinder design to not work as efficiently as it should-which results in loss of power. This may contribute why 60s have been “rumored” to be gutless out of the box, I can assure you they are not. Porting can help, but it would be nice not to dissemble and cut up a brand new engine. When I set out to design the TS-60, I knew this one of the first things I wanted to fix.Comment
