  • Walbro 1107 on GSR40

Hey guys, so I have the ADA hp carb kit on my 40 with the billet manifold. I have an 1107 to put on it, but the pulse hole on the manifold is offset so it doesn’t line up with the pulse hole on the 1107. SO, my question is what manifold/gaskets am I going to need to use this carb?? Appreciate the help!

You this this to run the 1107 carb, the juice box is garbage and doesn't add any performance gains.

So I looked it up on here and filled that little slot in the intake with jb weld and the carb works well now. Time for the geo coil mod and a pipe...

I wouldn’t know where to go or who to talk to for that one.. Im just looking for a simple bolt on pipe. Seems it’s gonna be $200 regardless :/ Everyone else seems to agree on the rhino though so I might give it a shot. It’s geared 9/72 and the GSR32 is at 8/68.

Look on Facebook for the goped groups and type in SIKK flipped pipe.
9/76 or 10/80 would be your best best

I wouldn’t have it on there if it wasn’t.. looks sketch I know, but it works fine. It’s supposed to be drilled down to the deck but I used a ratchet strap cause who wants to drill into a carbon fiber rad deck....

I have a JetPro Wrap Around 40 pipe laying in a box if your interested. I went with another pipe for a stroker build.
