                Update

The 35mm kits are on hold for now. After machining one for testing, we are concerned about the quality. We will need to do more testing before proceeding with the 35mm big bore head kits.

The 35mm cylinders are not the same quality as the Superior 34mm cylinders. The plating on the cylinder wall does not go high enough to fully capture the ring with a +2mm stroker. At tdc the ring is more than 50% out of the bore. We will need to order a new batch of cylinders to see if they have fixed this problem. During assembly everything rotates fine, but during operation, the ring may wear at the plating on the cylinder wall from the top down.

The other company offering the 35mm with a +2mm stroker may not even know there is a potential problem with the combination.

                    Just Curious, Who are They?

With the 35 MM, is there still a problem with Blowing Base Gaskets? Also, If choose the 35 MM, Once you get the Problem Worked out, Will it be Repalced if the Cylinder Cracks in Half?

Also, Are the Skirts of the Piston Milled to Clear the Counter-weights?

Dealers can order them now, so they should have them in-store next week.

They will be available on our retail site next Friday, 4/2.

We are giving our dealers a heads-up to get started on them.

If you look around on the internet(GPN), you can find out who 'they' are.

The current 35mm big bore cylinder that we have, has no warranty, with or without a headkit. We are working on a new and much improved 35mm big bore cylinder for the headkit, but there is no due date available on them yet.

Yes, the piston will be clearanced for the stroker.

hey brooks, why not have a design competition for the head shell? see who can design the coolest head shells, the put up a poll of the best ones, and have people vote? even if it doesnt get used when you eventually decide to change it around, it would be pretty fun, i dont know if any company has had a contest like that before? but i have some designs that would look pretty badass

oh, and i got 1st place in USSRL novice lightweight 30cc air tire, and 3rd place in USSRL novice lightweight 30cc hard tire.
