    If I buy and air filter with a velocity stack....

    do I need those two screws and one of those spacers, or has my scooter already got them on it?

      The Spacer is for the choke on the 603 Carb.

      Your stock bolts are more than likely to long.
      Modded out Super x ped, G2d xped,
      Modded out Yamaha wave blaster, and a Stock Yamaha wave raider.

        Which means you can easily cut them to fit properly.
