they both put down about the same power.. though i love the he23hp. still going strong after a year

HALLA i gots a he23hp longblock and it is still goin strong for a bout 6or7 months a hella lot chepaer than a rc just slap a g260 stiker and theres ure rc

You should replace piston rings bi-monthly for light-medium street use. If racing i would replace them every 2-3 races.
