  • Another 54mm clutch problem

I have had this problem twice now don't know why it is happening. I have a 54mm Ada clutch on a g320 with lockout and thirdbearing for a Bigfoot. I put the spindle on and it rode fine for about 5 minuets then the spindle bolt will break off inside the drum. I had to get a new drum for the clutch and it just happened again to the new drum. Any idea why this is happening!?

Might need to torque the spindle bolt down harder or maybe try a dab of blue loctite.

Maybe apply the same to the bolts that hold the motor and all components. Sounds like there might be some bouncing back there.

I had it tight all the way and put loctite... not sure what else it could?
