goped sport aint starting

a yo im a new user and my sport has not ben starting.i was going to buy it off my friend and he was letting me test ride it.i got off the scooter to ajust my helmet, then i went to start it (push start).it did not start.so i had to run it all tha way back to my friends house.he tried to fix it but he couldnt.so he gave it to me for free. i brought it to ashop and the guy said he didnt know wat was wrong.he said maybe the engine was frozen.i took it home and tried for days to get it to start.one day the thing that spins on the side of the motor started spinning again. my drive spindle is worn out. also only one side of the back tire is worn out.so i flipped it around.wat do i need to do.its making the sounds its supposed to it just wont start. please help i am getting really impatient with this thing.thanx

is it stock? if it has a hp carb on it it might be the tuning also check all gaskets for leaks and in between the manifold and cylinder/carb also!! to fix the worn tire its because your not adjusting your epws right and also to fix this get a long drive spindle and a 3rd bearing support or else you have a better chance of breaking/bending your spindle/crank!! hope this helped.

ya do that too!!! also check to see if you need new piston rings and just check everything basically cylinder,piston,carb etc.

check if u need to lift the moder up cuz with sports and lock downs u need to raise it up every hour u ride it "look at the back tire there will be a lever type thing pull it upthat shuld raise up the moder then push off"

It could be a few things... the top end could be blown, which would require a new piston and ring. If that's the case, you most likely won't have much compression-- does the motor seem to be spinning over more easily than it should? Try replacing the sparkplug... if it's fouled, your ped won't start.

Leaks in the intake manafold and adjustments on the carb usually won't make a huge difference, but it will make the motor run too rich or too lean. Running it too rich will make it bog, and running it too lean (way too lean) will deprive it of lubrication... causing it to seize at high rpm.
