Take a Hack saw and cut the tire off.
Take windex, soak your new tire and rim in it. Line up your tire on top of the rim, now JUMP ON IT!!!!

you need some kind of lube to make the tire go on easy.but i needs to leave no resido when it dries

My Fat *** (200) can get a tire onto a BILLET rim on the 2nd Jump.
Get it on the Tire half way, use screwdrivers or W/e and roll over it with Mommy's car.

dont use wd40 it will be slick inside the rim.stay with the windex.if you need to get a piece of wood about 12in x 12in or something like that put the rim on the ground then the tire then the wood get next to something you can lean on then jump real hard
