    ada, please explain

    ok, tonight, i was putting on my new ada/sup. chrome fancover and shroud, and after i got those two items on, i went to put my scooter pros air scoop on, but to my great luck, it doesnt fit. It fits fine on my stock rc fancover, but not the superior one, why?

      mayb the supierior 1 is a sport fan cover......
      Super X-Ped w/ ADA s2 pipe, bord carb, ported TSBBKHK, 2mm stroker, ADA juice box, ADA air filter, ADA third bearing support w/ .585 long drive spindle, Fury Rims, ET Tribal Deck, and ADA Racing handle bars w/ powder coated lime green paintjob.

      Sport w/ G230RC, .675 spindle, ADA 3rd bearing, shorty air filter, ADA headkit, pacsales ORC pipe.

        yeah, thats just might be the problem, post some pics of theh fan cover

          The chrome plating on the cover adds thickness. If the air scoop that you have is real close to fitting on the stock cover, then you may have to open up the holes on the scoop where it sets onto the fan cover.

            couldent i just take some material away from the fancover, or would it chip?

              If you try to remove the chrome, it will chip and flake.
