    ok i have mostly a good idea of what im doing...
    someone tell me if i am missing anything
    frame
    x-ped t-bar assembly
    pro slide
    chrome saftey spring
    cable clamp
    brake lever
    billet throttle assembly
    brake and throttle cables
    fork and axle with bearings
    gas tank with hardware
    deck
    deck hardware
    rear axle quick release assembly
    grips
    tires and rims
    and a full motor with spindle
    is a 3rd bearing support needed?

    u defaintly need the 3rd bearing and u need the 4 screws to the motor to mount it

        You need a ftg. If you get a 3rd bearing, you'll need a long drive spindle. Also, get the whole gas tank assembly, not just with hardware.

          i thought u only needed an ftg if u wanted the bars to fold

            no the ftg holds the bars to the fork.
