Geez dude I dunno... but with the mods you posted:

      sport frame
      x-ped bars
      proslide
      billet throttle
      rush brake lever
      e t clamp
      flash chrome fork
      sst tires and rims
      billet deck

Those have to add at least 5mph....

J/K man just pullin yer chain....

Honestly, you need to know the spindle you are using plus what kinda RPM you are getting out of the motor to know what speeds you will be hitting.

I'm not to sure on the 30mph though... I'd be sure to do do a speed trap or a radar gun to be sure on top speed. I'd think you'd be getting a respectful 26~28 with a .675~.700.

            Speed?

            FAST

Once its all running, be sure to let us know what you find.
There are posts on the board telling you how to do a speed trap, but there are other methods that are pretty accurate such as a bicycle speedo, or simply putting a GPS in your pocket.

Good luck and BE SAFE rocket man!
