Can you order one cut to fit the coolhead, and have it so that the chrome won't peal?

Your best bet is to cut it ahead of time then send it out to a chromer yourself.

Well you live by me... where is a local chromer? I guess I will use my stock cover.

Theres no local chromers. Most of them are outta state. Theres one named chromeservices or something like that. Search on Yahoo, you will find something. You could also talk to PAPABIZKIT (sp)

Also do you know a person that will do a small welding job? The bleed on my g230rc pipe almost fell off, the whole top part of the weld on the bleed cracked off, because of the heavy *** stupid [email protected]$$ i mean fatboy silencer.

Theres a professional welder that we ALWAYS go to in Malverne or somewhere around there that does INCREDIBLE welding. I will get you the info when my dad comes back from vegas sunday.
