Ive started building a race engine. and im waiting for the new big bore cyclender kit to come out. i wanna run Alcohol but at 20:1 compression. is that too high of a compression also will i need a better ignition system, if so what do you suggest?
Running compression at 20:1 is pretty high. But if you plan on racing, I would run it anywhere from 14:1 to 18:1. I mean, you can run it at 20:1, but you better plan on working on it and rebuilding it more than riding it!
