Head Kits/Big Bore
Our new cylinders can be adapted to use our existing HE23HP and G23RC Head kits. As they just arrived by Air Today, Brooks will have to get some cylinders cut and ready for head kits. We have a new head in development, but will be selling the existing one for the time being. The reason for a new one, is we want to change the appearance as an update. The existing one will function well. The reason it will work, is the cylinder is beefier and able to take the installation of the head kit. Keep an eye out for release date or use the current one now as soon as we get some cylinders prepared.Comment

Hey is this Superior big bore kit any different thatn the zenoa one? Cuzz i dont need to have any engine siezing.Dont ever hold back on a ped. Go as far as you can every day and you will see it was worth it in the end.Comment

They are remarkably easy to install, i have a Zenoah BBK but the installation proscess is identical. first you much Remove the Stock top end, unbolt the head, take out the Pin clips, then the piston rod then the piston just pulls off, now do the exact reverse when installing the BBK, but remember to break it in, just because the engine was broken in before doesnt mean its OK, that is a new top end and must be broken in as one.2002 Sport with Diamond Plate deck, ADA billet Throttle and brake levers, 5" Monster Tach with shift light" yea, it works too" Billet gas cap, 900. Black Magik Spindle with ADA 3rd Bearing Support, Chrome Fancover, ADA Solid Bead Lock and ADA solid front Rim, Ported Big Bore and 1MM Stroked G230RC, with a Kool Head and an Engine Trix Pipe.Comment
