I love it! Although a small spacer between the Box and the cylinder would be nice.

What kind of performance would it give with a bigbore cylinder?

My plan is to finish the GSR version and then the Tanaka, but there are a lot of other products in development so I really could not give you any real timeframe.

LaxKid- the box gives just about the same gains on a big bore as it does on the standard bores.

Hmm well such items would be lapped at in Sydney.. Would it at all be possible to organise a demo model for the local shop to run through it's paces?

How does it work? I can't be the only one who doesn't know. Do you plan on making one for a 50cc Active engine? And how about a stalker exhaust? Or ANYTHING for EVO?

Pyro, we already have Boost Bottles for Actives...
Here is one mounted, with the new one right next to it on a Active 50.

                      sdminimotorsports.com has them!

ADA makes it a bolt on!

I forgot to say that we are using ADA Manifolds in our boost bootle kits, this allows it to be an easy bolt-on application.

Coast Ped has an ADA Juicebox kit for evo active 50. Uses the ADA juicebox along with a custom machined manifold.

SS, we have found that the ADA Juicebox is too small for a 49cc motor (designed for the Tanaka 40). With an intake resonance chamber correct size is a must for best performance.

Boost bottles and intake resonance chambers normally should be at or larger than the CC displacement of the motor.

I agree, i have seen greater performance benefits from the "boost" bottle design...but running an external boost bottle like that doesn't appeal to some people because of tubing that has to be ran from bottle to motor(espically if you want to mount it in a more obscure to retain that clean look of the scooter) and the possible torn line or leak means you're going home on the side of the road.

The juicebox does add some low range and mid range power and improves throttle response, this is what i have learned from personal expierence riding a scooter with and without same day same conditions and tuned for each application. The JB might not yield the same performance, but it does its job and saves you room and doesnt require you to run any lines.

                              Here's a picture for reference:
