  • Gsr Juice Box Wont Fit

I have a TSI with stock carb setup, a K & N Filter w/ v-stack and choke, so I bolt the juicebox and plastic spacer to cylnder, everything is good, then I go to tighten carb , vstack, and choke to the juice box and it wont tighten down all the way but it will tigthen down fine with stock manifold this really sux now i have to buy shorter carb screws or something and also do i need to cut the engine shroud it seems like the juice box is a tight fit with it

Take a hack saw and cut a tiny bit off the screws.

well it actually puts pressure on the engine cover so i cut it out in a perfect box where the juice box but pressure on the engine cover

              Well..
#1 You have it tuned improperly
#2 You cannot tell a power difference
              #3 You installed something wrong

Everyone that has gotten a juice box has loved it, and your the only one that has said something negative about it. What does that say?

I can only tell you what my ride did.

ADA Head and 17:1 dome, ADA HP Carb Kit, ADA GSR Pipe.
I rode my scooter before and just verified how it ran.

I installed it, and had to richen the needle valve a bit, and rode it again. The powerband came on earlier, and stay'd on later. Acceleration was noticeably smoother and stroger.

                  I'm leavin it on mine!

And I had the same results as JBonnardel. My ADA Juice Box fit PERFECT and with minor carb tuning I had a noticeable improvement in throttle response. I have a tsi with TS head kit(15:1), JetproGSR pipe, and stock tsi carb.

Great product, excellent fit and finish, nice improvement in throttle response.

Blown, i have an Identical set up to you. If you could please tell me what your needle is set at, i would really appreciate it. I just tryed some carb tuning and I do have to say I think i noticed some better throttle response and the powerband did seem to be a bit longer.
