That really depends. What motor are you running? How much do you wheigh? What shape is your back tire in? DO you know how to tune the carb? What other mods are on your engine?
What shape are the other componits in your engine in?

I have a G23LH and i know it can go 32 with all of that ok NOT USING A RC

I had a LH, modded it out, wasnt a huge difference. If i were you, i wouldn't waste money on a LH, buy a G230RC my friend.
