In my experience this is not the case. The active will accelerate faster and hit a higher top speed.

That may be the case, but my expierence has 2 USSRL heavyweight titles, and more than 250 scooters sold this year. SDMMS is the #1 dealer for EVO and BLADEZ, for 6 of the last 7 years. We service, build and RACE what we sell.

I totally agree, the Active is faster for top speed out of the box than the 4R. I have 2 Actives and 1 -47R.
