To post a picture off your desktop or anywhere on your computer you need to resize it so it fits the limit... and then you need to scroll down a little on the post box.. and click browse... find the picture.. and double click it.... then post it..


If you have more then one picture you will have to make another post after you post the first picture.

The Img option is not turned on, you have to do what Cblake explained to you. Do not use the Img Tags.
